Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates and Calculation Shipping costs are not fixed and are calculated at checkout based on the specific delivery address. Rates vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during the checkout process.

2. Production and Processing Every item is custom-printed only after an order is placed. Total delivery time consists of two distinct phases:

• Production: The time required to print and quality-check your specific item.

• Shipping: The time the carrier takes to deliver the package after the production phase is complete.

3. Shipping Destinations Service is currently limited to the contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to US Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands.

4. Tracking Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
