Refund policy

At Wear A Mood, every single item is printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we create unique products on demand, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-made inventory. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below.

1. The "Unique Piece" Rule

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not support returns or exchanges if you:

  • Ordered the wrong size or color.

  • Simply changed your mind or no longer want the item.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing error (such as a printing defect), we’ve got you covered. In these cases, we offer a free reprint or a full refund.

  • Timeline: You must contact us within 30 days of the product delivery date.

  • The Process: You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us.

  • How to Report: Please contact our support team via our hello@wearamood.com with the following:

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. A clear, high-quality photo showing the specific issue or damage.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing error, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.

4. Address Issues & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package went unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
